For those using Internet Explorer 7 or 8...  If you get a blank page when trying to access the link to your proofs, your
Internet Explorer security is set to high for the function.  To change the level and access your proofs, please read the
following instructions.  From your menu bar, click on 'Tools' then click on 'Internet Options'.  After that, chose the 'Security'
tab.  You will see 'Security level for this zone' about half way down the page.  Change the 'Allowed levels for this zone:' from
'medium-high' to 'medium'.  Click on 'Apply' at the bottom.  Click 'OK'.  Now you should be able to access your proofs.  
After viewing your proofs, you are welcome to put your security level back to 'Medium-high' or whatever you prefer.
